These terms summarise how the program works on this site. They should be reviewed by a lawyer before launch and may change. The version shown here applies to commissions recorded while it is published.
ACFT affiliate program terms
The ACFT affiliate program rewards people who introduce businesses to AutonomousCity.ai, an agency that builds private AI Desks. Commission is a share of what referred clients actually pay, paid in ACFT, the Autonomous City Founders Token on Polygon.
1. Joining
- Anyone can apply. The team approves applications by hand before a referral link is issued.
- To be approved you need a verified email, a Polygon wallet you control, a public place you promote (a website, X, Telegram, newsletter, or similar), and acceptance of these terms.
- There is no fee to join and no “certification.” The team may refuse or remove any affiliate.
- Before a first payout above a threshold, the team may ask for identity or sanctions checks.
2. What earns commission
- A payment that has cleared from a business you referred, for an Autonomous Audit, a Desk build, or a City Steward month.
- Commission is calculated on the net amount actually paid: after discounts, credits (for example an Audit fee credited to a Build), and refunds.
- Nothing is earned for clicks, sign-ups, calls, free trials, unpaid invoices, internal or staff deals, deals discounted to zero, self-referrals, or referrals from the same household or wallet.
- The business must be new to AutonomousCity. If two affiliates refer the same business, the earliest dated referral counts.
3. Rates
| When the client pays for | You earn | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Autonomous Audit | 15% of the net amount paid | One-time |
| Front Desk OS | 15% of the net amount paid | Desk build |
| Ops Desk OS | 20% of the net amount paid | Desk build |
| Revenue Desk OS | 15% of the net amount paid | Desk build |
| Content Desk OS | 15% of the net amount paid | Desk build |
| City Steward month | 15% of the net amount paid | Each paid month, for the first 12 months |
Steward commission applies to the first 12 paid months per client. Rates may change; a commission keeps the rate in force when its payment was recorded.
4. Holds and payouts
- Each commission is pending for 30 days after the client’s payment clears, to cover refunds and chargebacks. After that it’s approved.
- Approved commission is paid in the next payout run, usually weekly or monthly, to the Polygon wallet on your dashboard.
- Commission is recorded in US dollars and converted to ACFT at one price set for each payout run, based on the 7-day average market price. The price used is shown on every payout.
- Each commission converts to at least 100 and at most 50,000 ACFT.
- Payouts are ACFT only. Every payout is published, without names, in the payouts log.
- You’re responsible for your wallet and for any taxes on what you receive.
5. Refunds and reversals
- If a client’s payment is refunded, charged back, or cancelled during the hold, the commission is reversed and not paid.
- If that happens after the commission was paid, the ACFT amount is deducted from your next payout. Tokens already sent are not taken back from your wallet unless fraud is proven.
6. Attribution
A referral is credited to you when the business uses your referral link or you submit it from your dashboard. You keep credit for that client’s payments for 12 months from the client’s first payment.
7. Conduct
- Disclose. Tell people you may be paid if they become a client.
- No spam. No unsolicited bulk email, messages, or comments.
- No paid search on the brand. Don’t bid on “AutonomousCity,” “ACFT,” or similar terms in ads.
- No investment claims. Never suggest ACFT will rise in value, pay returns, or is an investment.
- Be accurate. Use current published prices and don’t promise results on AutonomousCity’s behalf.
- Breaking these rules can lead to suspension, reversal of unpaid commission, and removal from the program.
8. Other terms
- Affiliates are independent. Nothing here makes you an employee, partner, or agent of AutonomousCity.
- ACFT is a token on a public blockchain. Its value can fall to zero. Commission paid in ACFT is not equity, a share of company revenue, or an investment return.
- Participation may be restricted in some jurisdictions.
